GIFT PAPER is a new trade fair to be held in 2025, with a special focus on the stationery and gift sector. This innovative event has emerged as a platform dedicated to exhibiting stationery products, writing articles, creative office accessories, design products and an exclusive selection of innovative and premium gifts.   • Is there a discount if Iam an APPG associate?

    Yes, there is a discount for APPG associates, depending on the registration period for construction stands over 36m2:

    - 5% for registrations until 13 December 2024;

    - 2% for registrations from 14 December to 31 January 2025.


    Fronts: 100% discount.

  • How much do I have to pay to take part as an exhibitor?

    The price to participate as an exhibitor can be found on the button below. 

    Please note that if you want a space of less than 36m2, you will have to select a ‘Gift Paper’ type of stand, which can be visualised in the banner below and will be run by Exponor.

    If the space you require is larger than 36m2, you will be allowed to build your own stand, subject to the conditions mentioned in the banner below.

  • I'm a professional visitor, how can I get an invitation to join GIFT PAPER?

    Professional invitations will be free of charge until 26 February, after which they will cost 5€ if ordered online and 10€ if ordered at the event check-in desk.

    - Participants must use the PromoCode - GIFTPAPER when requesting a booking, and the link for online payment of the total stay will be sent in the confirmation.

    - In the case of bookings made by other means (internet sites), the Hotel cannot be held responsible for the amounts shown.

    -Cancellation/modification or No-show policy: The non-refundable rate does not allow modification or cancellation of the reservation. (the cost of the stay is non-refundable)
