Our association's Board bodies are made up of a group of dedicated and experienced leaders who occupy strategic positions in the organisation's administration and decision-making. These bodies include the General Assembly, the Executive Board and the Fiscal Council, each with specific and essential functions for the smooth running of the association. The General Assembly, made up of all the members, is the highest decision-making body, responsible for defining the general guidelines and approving the annual accounts and reports. The Executive Board, elected by the Assembly, is in charge of the day-to-day management of the association, implementing the policies and strategies defined, while the Fiscal Council oversees financial activity, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations. Together, these governing bodies ensure that the association acts ethically, effectively and in accordance with its statutory objectives.
